Following the remarkable response to Elders Heaven – Senior Citizen Living Community, Wellcare Professional Multi State Cooperative Society proudly announces its next major initiative — Elders Heaven Care Homes & Caregiver Development Project.

This visionary project is designed to meet the growing need for professional caregiving, elderly support, and healthcare services across India and abroad. It aims to create a bridge between compassion and career, offering both care to elders and career opportunities to youth.

About the Project

The Elders Heaven Care Homes will provide high-quality, compassionate residential and assisted living facilities for elders who need medical attention, emotional support, and dignified companionship. Each care home will be equipped with 24/7 nursing, rehabilitation support, physiotherapy, and emotional wellness programs — ensuring every elder receives personalized and loving care.

Simultaneously, the project will include a Caregiver Training and Education Zone where young men and women will receive professional training in elderly care, healthcare assistance, and hospitality services. The program is designed as a “Study with Job” model, ensuring that students gain practical experience while learning.

Through this initiative, Welcare Society is opening a new pathway for employment in India and abroad, especially in countries with growing demand for qualified caregivers and healthcare support staff.
